EB1-B is a subcategory for a priority worker. It is called as the green card for the outstanding professors or researchers without a labor certification. Through this immigrant visa, they can work for an U.S. university or a private employer. To be qualified for this visa, the alien worker must be internationally recognized as outstanding in a certain scientific or scholarly field. With this visa, the applicant’s spouse and unmarried children below 21 years of age can get a green card too.
